Mamacitta Store ("we", "us") operates mamacittastore.com, an online store for phones, gadgets, fashion and beauty serving Ghana, Nigeria and West Africa. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you place an order or contact us we collect: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, city and country, and details of the products you order. If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address.
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, contact you about your order (including via WhatsApp), provide customer support, and — if you subscribed — send occasional offers. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Payments are made by Mobile Money (through our payment partner JuniPay) or arranged with our team on WhatsApp. We do not take card payments and never store payment card or Mobile Money PIN details on our servers.
We use cookies and similar technologies (including Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel) to keep your cart working, understand how the site is used, and measure our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
If we connect our own social media accounts (e.g. TikTok, Instagram) to our store tools, those connections are used solely to publish our own marketing content. We do not access or collect data about other users of those platforms.
